Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WayJetAI, operated by [Company Legal Name], collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account data — your email, name (optional), and authentication details. Usage data — requests routed through the gateway, including model, token counts, latency, cost, timestamps, and API-key metadata, used for billing and analytics. Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers. Technical data — IP address and basic device/browser information for security and abuse prevention.

2. Prompt & content data

Requests you send are transmitted to the upstream model provider you select in order to fulfil them. Handling of that content by the provider is governed by the provider’s own policies. We retain operational metadata (as above) but limit retention of request/response bodies to what is needed to operate features such as caching and error diagnostics.

3. How we use information

To provide and secure the Service, meter and bill usage, prevent abuse, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share data with: upstream LLM providers (to fulfil your requests), our payment processor (Stripe, for billing), and infrastructure/hosting and analytics providers acting on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain account and usage records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights & data export

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account from Settings; to request a copy (export) of your data, contact us at the address below. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and at-rest protection for sensitive secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by upstream providers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be signalled by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
