WayJetAI is an OpenAI-compatible AI gateway that routes requests to third-party large language model providers and offers usage tracking, budgets, caching, and related developer tooling. Availability of any specific model or provider may change at any time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Keep your credentials and API keys confidential; you are responsible for all usage and charges incurred through them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, generate prohibited content, attempt to bypass rate limits or budgets, or disrupt the Service or upstream providers. Your use of model outputs is also subject to the applicable upstream provider’s usage policies.

4. Billing & prepaid wallet

The Service uses a prepaid wallet. You top up a balance and requests are billed against it based on provider pricing plus any applicable platform fee, disclosed at the point of purchase. Top-ups are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). Except where required by law, prepaid balances are non-refundable. Prices and fees may change with notice.

5. API keys & security

API keys authenticate requests and must be kept secret. You may revoke keys at any time. We may suspend keys or accounts that show signs of compromise, abuse, or non-payment.

6. Service availability & changes

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, or providers at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service and all model outputs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Model outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for evaluating their suitability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing law
